Nureca IPO share allotment status finalised: Here’s how you can check status

Its shares were trading at a grey market premium of Rs 60-70 today.

The allotment of shares for the Nureca initial public offering (IPO) has been finalised and investors can check their status on the websites of the issue’s registrar Link Intime and BSE.

The issue had opened for subscription on February 15 and closed on February 17 with a price band set between Rs 396-400 apiece. Its shares traded at a grey market premium of Rs 60-70 today.

The company had planned to raise Rs 100 crore via public issue. It received an overwhelming response from investors and was subscribed 40 times. The retail portion was subscribed 166.65 times while the portion reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers was subscribed 3.10 times and 31.59 times for non-institutional buyers.

Here’s how you can check the allotment status

On BSE

To check the status, visit the BSE website here.
Click on ‘Equity’ and then select ‘Nureca’ from the dropdown list.
Now, enter your application number and PAN.
Press ‘Enter’ to check the status.

On Link Intime

Visit the website here.
Select IPO name from the dropdown.
Enter Application number or DP Id/ Client Id or PAN.
In the case of application number, choose application type (ASBA or non-ASBA) and enter the application number. For DP Id/Client Id, choose depository NSDL or CDSL and enter your Id.
Enter Captcha and hit submit.

In the case of non-allotment, your invested amount will be refunded back to your bank account.

Nureca is B2C home healthcare and wellness product manufacturing company. IT offers quality, functionality, durability, usability, and innovative designs. The company will use these proceeds from IPO to fund its incremental working capital requirements and for other general corporate purposes.
